Ordering Information:

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secured, on-line website. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Phone orders may also be placed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Orders received before 10:00 a.m. ET will be delivered/shipped the same day unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m., will be delivered/shipped the next business day. Although we will make every effort to honor this policy, it is subject to change based on the volume of orders we receive and during peak holiday periods.

Large orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.

Damage during Shipment:

If a package is damaged during shipment, we must be notified within 24 hours in order to advise the carrier (UPS or Federal Express). The package must be returned to us with all products intact as soon as possible so that we may correct the problem.

We respect your privacy and we will not distribute, rent, sell and/or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party. All information is held in the strictest of confidence and security.
