Local Delivery:
For your convenience, hand delivery is available in the greater Kalamazoo area. Packages outside of this area will be shipped using UPS or Federal Express.
Re-delivery Attempts - Residential:
We will make every attempt to ensure your
package is delivered to the correct location. However, if no
one is home to accept the package at time of delivery, we will
leave it with a neighbor to prevent another delivery
charge. If this is not successful and we have to return to
the delivery address again, you will be charged
a second delivery fee.
